The Starr Conspiracy, one of Texas’ fastest-growing marketing communications and advertising agencies in specialized segments, today announced the appointment of Paul Roberts to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Roberts comes to The Starr Conspiracy from multiple digital agencies in the Omnicom family, including DDB Advertising’s digital services division, Tribal DDB Worldwide, where he served as General Manager. He brings more than 17 years of experience in leading strategic operations, advertising marketing, product development, CRM and analytics. Before DDB, he served as the EVP of Strategy at Rare Medium in Dallas and VP Managing Director of the Midwest region for Organic Inc.
In his role at The Starr Conspiracy, Roberts will bring his extensive leadership skills and experience to the agency to help define products and services that are relevant to Fortune 500 brands in unique niche channels of business.

The Starr Conspiracy was founded in 1999 with clients across North America, Asia and Europe. Capitalized billings for 2011 were $21.3 million, up 33 percent from $16 million in 2010.
