I’ve seen a lot of discussion around flexible work schedules lately. Should your company have one? Do flexible work environments increase productivity? The Starr Conspiracy offers our team flexibility and we didn’t need a bunch of publications and surveys telling us why we should trust our people. We just did. (Oh, and we’re hiring, by the way)
