I’m glad I know Bret Starr.
When Bret talks, people listen. I think the world is lucky that he doesn’t use his power of captivating social environments for evil and start a cult. Because you just might join it.
I’m kidding, of course. Mostly.
But what I’m serious about is this: I am not easily impressed. There are approximately 10 people alive that I have met that utterly intimidate me with their ability to process, decipher and represent complex information in a way that not only helps others understand and progress, but that changes the way people think about things. I don’t know anyone who has seen Bret’s mind at work and left without that game-changing excitement and reignited interest in their work.
We have this ongoing campaign of sorts called #ShitBretSays. It’s made up of visual representations of some wildly out of context phrases from Bret.
And it’s all out of jest and it’s our weird way of introducing you to him if you haven’t met.
